Just finished week 4 run 3 and this was the first time I managed it without stopping 🎉 (mainly due to outer calf pain in previous runs). Should I repeat 1 more time before moving on to week 5?

No... why? You did it... carry on... keep it really slow and really steady. Every single run is making you stronger.
Make sure on rest days you get in some other non-impact exercise to help with strength and stamina too; you need that to help you as you move onwards..your legs are not enough on their own
