W8R1 and Feeling Great!

So today I did my first run of week 8. Started aprehensively (as I always do at the beginning of the week) and when dear old Laura suggested I increase the speed I immediately thought 'not today dear, I have a headache' (or something like that).

I carried on at the same pace but as 28 minutes approached I found I had fuel left in the reserve tank so I carried on to the full 30 minutes.

What. a. feeling!

I'm not near the 5k Mark yet so I'm going to try and do the same for the next two runs then use next week to increase my pace.

Here's hoping.....
