For various reasons ie cold bug and family issues I have not run for 4 weeks so was going to re motivate myself by repeating c25k.
Would you recommend that I start again at week 1, I had been thinking of week 3 or 4 and seeing how it went.
Thanks

Hiya Hilde, glad to see you're getting back into running, and re-doing at least stome stages of C25K seems like a good plan, and let us know how you do - you're not the only one that might use posts to motivate you to get out there
I think if you reached w9 before, starting at w3 or w4 does seem a lot better than at w1. I'm sure you're more than capable if you start at w4 - if you've run for 30 minutes, even a month or two ago, I'm sure running for 5 minutes won't be too taxing
As a graduate I wouldn’t start right back at the beginning, if I was feeling healthy enough otherwise.
Maybe try one of the runs from week 4? Then figure it out from there.
Reasonable plan but after only four weeks I don’t think you need to go back as far as week 3 which is only nine minutes running. I’d say week 4 or even 5. You could do one run from week 4 and if you find it comfortable go on to week 5; if it’s tough, do the whole of week 4.
Thanks for the encouragement it was just what I needed. I have just run w5r1. It felt comfortable so will try w5r2 on Wednesday and take it gently and probably repeat on Friday rather than r3
Thanks again
