Feeling very proud of myself. I normally run with a friend but she's cried off so I pushed myself and went out alone. I managed 28 mins and even sped up s touch for the last 30secs. Don't get me wrong I'm a slow runner so when i finish the plan I'll need to push myself to get a bit faster. Anyone on track to do the whole 5k in 30 mins? I'm only covering 4K in 28

Thanks. Definitely couldn't have done it a few weeks ago that's for sure. Building up slowly had really worked

It’s brilliant isn’t it? I couldn’t run at all before and now enjoying Week 6. Slow and steady is the answer 😀

It's all about the time rather than distance. I cover the distance but only if I include the walls. Well done on your run, I bet you have a huge grin 😊

No one worries abut 5K, no need... just 30 minute runs.. with no pushing...just comfortable running:)

The programme wants you to get to the podium, injury free and having had fun:)
