Week 7 ticked off!

Ticked off, not "ticked off with it" ;)

Long runs are getting easier and seem to be a mental thing now. It would be so easy to stop, but I always push myself to the next lamppost, or sign.

Today was an early one (left the house just after 5:30am...) but felt really good after it. I actually managed a sprint for the last 60 seconds too (downhill.)

Onwards to week 8! I know it's about getting 30 minutes running under your belt by the end of it, but I think I might be able to hit 5k too. It's crazy. a few months back I couldn't imagine running so long at such a pace, but now, I see the potential of what I could achieve if I carry on once I complete the course.
