W6R3 - Done, moving to W7R1

Just got done with W6R3 and it is all running from here... I am loving it.

I must confess I was delaying W6R3 with the fear of 25min stretch running, so repeated W6R1 and W6R2... But now I am all set for Week 7. Here I come !

I hope I will. It was right around this point in the program, the time around, I had to break due to travel. I think I should be good this time

W6R3 - Done! (5K In 31.15!)

Did W6R3 this morning, man the last 5 minutes felt like about 5 years but I got there and apparently

Starting to get used to 25 minute runs... W6R3 + W7R1!

myself for running 3 minutes. Only 4 weeks later, and that 3 has turned into 25. Wowee! Just out...

W6R3 - done (yay!) but...

worried or not, but got mixed results. I'm now a little concerned about doing tomorrow's run, which...

Looking back, 6 weeks ago - actually 7 weeks ago as I repeated week 5 - I could not run more than 2...

W6R3 done ✅ but no Wow factor! ☹️

Maybe it was just one of those days. After all it’s got to get easier the more I run right?
