Wk4 this week, legs felt heavy on last run. Had torn calf in Sept so wary of triggering that but feeling good after every run!

Keep going everyone! 5k in sight!

Well done.

Heavy legs can be a symptom of poor hydration.

It is advisable to drink 2.5 to 3 litres of fluids each and every day, as mentioned in the guide to the plan.
