found the run hard today upper body felt good just the legs and near the end knee started aching .Plodded to the end worst i have felt yet . Wont dwell on it to much run 3 beckoning

Hi ned63 I was bit worried about run today but your post really helped -- it made me relax and I went out thinking I can do this and what's the worst that could happen if I had a ' bad' run And do you know what I didn't ! Really enjoyed run - no wind sunny and bracing rather than really cold So thanks to you both for posting on this forum . Good luck to you both with your running
