Week 3 run 2

So 2nd run done on wk 3 and found it challenging (again). Slowed my pace down a tad which did help especially on the last 3mins jog. Bring on Wednesday!! .

Not pushing the pace is key. Put your inner sprinter in a box for now and invoke the spirit of the Tortoise - πŸ’πŸ‘. Slow builds stamina, which is what we need for this plan. Well done to you. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸŽ‰

That's great news!

You did the right thing slowing down and you nailed it! Maybe take two test days before starting week 4 and drink so much water that you never want to see a glass full again! Someone gave me that advice when i was starting to flag at the end of a week and it really helped. You've got this!!!! πŸ™Œ

Slowing your pace is good, better than pushing then hating it. Gently does it, the process will carry you along. You can do it πŸ‘πŸ‘

I start Wk3 on Wednesday, am dreading the increase from 90 seconds to 3 minutes!! Any advice? X

Go steady and try to enjoy it .It's not that bad to be honest. The last 1min on The last run is a killer ( well it was for me lol) but I felt good when I'd completed it . The 5 minute cool down was just what I need πŸ˜‚. Got my last wk3 run on Wednesday then it's wk4 on Friday. Be positive. You'll smash it . ✌
