Feeling well chuffed, finished week 3!!!! Really didn't feel like going out this morning in the rain, but instead of coming up with an excuse like I normally would, I did it. Was really hard going today, did push myself a lot more today though. Roll on week 4 (eek!)

well done finishing week3, have rest day and dont build week4 into somthing to be feared, take it run by run keep it slow🐢 its a challenge but you can do it 👍
