Hi all,
I graduated at the end of March and did a couple of runs after and got injured đ
My question is, at what week shall I start back at?
I have not been active in this time at all. Hope I havenât undone all my progress!
Many Thanks

Can only sympathise after a thigh injury early March but have continued with Pilates and yoga and swimming, been very down about not running. After physio advice I re started on Week 6 this week, 2 months later, discussed the program with him and agreed the week to start! But on the treadmill not outside, so really depends on your injury. Managed Runs 1 and 2 ok but set speed pretty slow just to get back into it. Everyoneâs different, good luck, just have a look at the Weeks and dive back in carefully!
As for any of us, all you can do is to go out for a gentle jog with no specific preconceptions and see what you can comfortably manage.
Whatever the outcome, and you may surprise yourself, you can match that level of fitness to a week in C25K and follow the plan from there.
Take the sound advice from IannodaTruffe ..head out... slow and steady. and listen to your body...It will let you know where it wants to be
Great advice from IannodaTruffe and Oldfloss to your MrsD1993, but if you graduated at the end of March, I don't see the word Graduate next to your username !!?
