I know I haven’t posted for a while! But I’m still at it! It’s been nearly 5 months since I started C25K and I’m hooked on running
I recently bought a fitbit which has been a fun way of tracking my heart rate during my runs and generally monitoring my all round fitness
Also, since I started C25K, alongside a new healthier diet, I’ve managed to lose 2 and a half stone and my BMI is looking healthier!
so I’m feeling really good and so thankful that I stuck at it!
Apparently we’re in for a hot day tomorrow! Up to now it’s been pretty cold and the warmest run I’ve done was probably in about 13 degrees 😂 but tomorrow is supposed to be 21! So any top tips for running in the heat? I usually run in the afternoon but I think I’m going to attempt to get up earlier and run in the morning to avoid the hottest part of the day! I do enjoy running on a sunny day though so I’m looking forward to it
