I’ve been flying through the runs and loving it when suddenly W6r3 and even by the end of my warm up I was wheezing!! I always dose up on my fostair before I go out and I always take my ventolin out with me but I just couldn’t run through it. So I walked instead. I was gutted. I had just entered the ballot for next years London Marathon and now I had MASSIVE doubts. ... but no...I went out again on Monday morning and smashed my final Week 6 run! I’ve just done my W7r1 no trouble (must have been a pollen trigger). SO.... London Marathon? I coming for ya! 🏃‍♀️

Great job. I have a friend who’s done a lot of marathons and now runs ultras... he carries his inhalers, but hasn’t used them for years. Enjoy that marathon and the journey to it... the first bit of which is closing this out.
