Yes you can. The app just talks over it. I use amazon music or the Pace Setter on bbc sounds. I couldn’t do it without it... I find i need to turn it right up to get me through the last few minutes!

Yes. Just play your music and it’ll fade out when the coach talks. I had very little music on my iPhone so I put some of my old CDs onto my iTunes on my laptop and then did a synch to my phone. My favourite album for running is Fleetwood Mac Rumours. Most of the songs seem to have the right steady beat!

On the mobile app yes, you can have music and running apps running at the same time. I’m not sure if this works the same for the podcasts and the podcasts include music but might not be to your taste.
