Technical question - profile picture

This has nothing to do with weight loss, healthy eating or exercise, but before I ask "help" on the website I thought I'd ask all the old and young hands on this website:

How do you get a profile picture loaded up? I don't mind being a smiley, but it would be nicer to get something more personal (as I'm going to be here for a while!).

Editing my profile doesn't give me any options. None that I can spot anyway.

I think you need to do it from a PC rather than a tablet or mobile. You should get the option to upload one then by using the edit option.

Yep - Noaky 's right! As you can see - I don't use my PC very often and I'm still profile picture - less. I must get it sorted ......

On a pc click on your name, it wil bring down a tab.

click on profile

right hand side of screen shows edit profile.

this will allow you to upload your own photo and also let you change your background.
