W6R2 Cactus

I’ve just completed W6R2 and although it was a struggle and I couldn’t wait for it to end, somehow my pace has improved.

Note to self, I am not a cactus, I am not a cactus and must remember to stay hydrated. I am rubbish at drinking enough.

My legs felt heavy and I tired quickly and I’m sure this was down to hydration.

Well done for sticking with it. It does get better, and you are into the end game for the programme now. Glad you have the hydration 🍺 message.

Never feel bad about slowing down too. Sometimes it's the only way you'll get there.

Thank you. I’m still amazed at how far I’ve come (we’ve all come 😉)

I’m gonna have to set myself some drink reminders.

Hi Em, when you say your pace has improved, are you covering more distance than previous weeks? Well done it all sounds amazing! I think many people forget to hydrate enough, you are not alone in that.
