So I had to redo Wk1R1 because after my previous run I found a lump in my chest which is probably a fat deposit like the other one I’ve had diagnosed previously, but now I think I’ve found a lump where no lad my age (26) should find one so it’s back to the Drs.

On the plus side it was my birthday on Tuesday (30th) so my mum used my budget to buy me a Garmin Forerunner 30 and it is the best! I can do my HR and V02 Max, track my runs etc so in my eyes it’s the best gift ever! 😍

Lumps are scary but the good news is that you have found it early and are getting it checked. Hopefully turns out to be nothing to worry about.

Well done for keeping on checking yourself and getting stuff checked out. Do keep reporting all finds to your GP... It's easy to get complacent ..and should one turn out to be suspicious early diagnosis and treatment is always best.

That’s a shame B999 but you’re doing the right thing - C25K will still be here when the doc gives you the all clear to start again. And in the meantime you have a new gadget to get to grips with! Good luck!

Wise to get checked out but I am not sure why it would stop you running in the meantime? (Obviously if you have a biopsy and stitches you'd want to get a medical opinion on running) Could be a great way to deal with anxiety plus, if it is ever not good news, the fitter you are the better state you are in to cope with treatment.

Fab gift but I'd suggest saving using it until you complete the programme. Sooooooooo many people getting upset, derailed, confused etc because they start using the lovely toys too soon.
