Week 6 - Run 2 - Done!

After a bit of a balls-up on Sunday for Run 2 (completed it, but struggled) - decided to go back at it today for a more convincing crack at Run 2. Change of scenery, change of time of day, and slowed it down a smidge and BOOM...done, and quite comfortably i may add!!

Cant get out until Friday now, so Run 3 will have to wait until then!

I’m def back on it Scott...deffo...no stopping me!! Ran Monday...won’t get back out now until crack of dawn tomorrow or Friday...if it helps you, sometimes taking an extra rest day helps legs recover & gets them repaired for the longer runs 😉

Ahh that’s so good to hear!! Yeah kind of glad I can’t get back out until Friday as the legs are feeling a bit ropey! 😂😜
