What a fascinating piece, emphasising that getting your heart pumping hard while upright has more effect than being prone.!!!!!!

Believe it or not, every part of your body benefits from exercise, not just the muscles involved in the physical action.

That was an interesting read. I have noticed through my Fitbit with HR that my resting heart rate has reduced since I’ve been running which is a good thing I think.

Brilliant! I've definitely seen a good reduction in resting heart rate since I started exercising regularly which is always reassuring but this is really interesting πŸ‘πŸ˜
