Well i put off starting week 3 as i really could not see me managing 3 minutes so after a week and half since my last run, i did week 3 run 1 and do you know it wasn’t that bad!!! I actually did it, and may i add with out music as my spotify was down 😱 whoop i am starting to believe i might be able to do this
