Feeling good ! The longer stints were tough at first but got used to them π I had a little uphill struggle for one of the runs too π€ͺ bring on Week 2, Run 2!!!

Good for you! I loved the week 2 runs. Great that you are running outdoors - the natural inclines will help build your stamina, and remember - where there's an uphill, there's always a downhill too π
