Week 2 run 1

Yesterday I did my W2R1. My knee was hurting a bit so took it easy. I was fine in the end. I took this day resting but now my ankle hurts a bit. I’m planing to do run tomorrow morning but not sure if I should do week 2 run 2 or repeat the run 1 again. I don’t want to injure myself and stop running at all.

The runs are the same, so I would do wk2 run 2 but if by run 3 it is not much better take an extra day off and see how that feels. If it is still a bit niggly think about redoing week 1 with two days off in between, Some of us take a little time to adjust to running and using caution now will pay off big time later down the line.
