wow, so the one they all dread came round today. had a strange but special day although it was tinged with some sadness but felt good going into the run nevertheless. wasn't sure how id feel about this one and worried about thinking too much about running for 20 mins....so i didn't, i just ran, and ran, and ran. stayed focused and in fact found the first 9 mins or so harder than anything and once id crosed the 10 min barrier i just kept going.....like Forrest Gump,,,,but slower!!! Yes i cant deny i was shattered but i kept my focus and kept telling myself i can so do this. And if i can, you all can.
keep believing and keep looking forward.
this app really does give me self belief and the trainers are so encouraging with their words,....as well as a bloomin good soundtrack which is an absolute necessity!

Congratulations to you Molint on running run 3 of week 5, yes it was hard, not all that dreadful. That run is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3. 😊 🏃
Yay, well done you! After a few weeks of not really getting going with a sore knee and ankle I started week 5 again and today completed this run. We will be done in no time.
