Congratulations millo48 on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K. Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
Well done to you, i start week 6 tomorrow, did run3 of week 5 on friday and i couldn't believe how far i have come.

I would echo what the first person gas said. I completed the 20 minutes and felt fantastic. First run of week 6 (although back to interval running) and I you f it hard! Pushed through it and just completed W6R3! You can do it! Well done!
