Just a quick helloπββοΈπββοΈ to everyone who knows me and follows me. I'm still running 3 times a week, still running 5/6k each run with no real desire to go further or faster. My average pace is 6.5 mins per k and a best time of 30.58 for a 5k
Did a bit of HIIT running last week which was interesting

Good to hear your news. I graduated about the same time as you and found your posts through the C25K very entertaining and inspirational. I haven't managed many runs since Christmas (big house renovation getting in the way which is keeping me fit), but am determined not to slide back onto the sofa, so will be stepping out more frequently in the coming weeks. Looking forward to your next update.
Don't let excuses get in the way Party lol. It's easy to say I'll do it tomorrow or next week and before you know it a month had gone and you've lost all that hard work you put in. Even 20 mins would be better than nothing
Hi, glad all is well with you. I'm still plodding on, similar pace to you but your 5K PB is better than mine. I've entered a 10 k in September but struggling to do much more than 5 or 6 at the moment π

I find that after 6k it's all in the mind although some days when I've run my 5k route I ask myself the question could I have gone around again and it's always no. Waiting for that day when my brain says yes. My best ever is 7.4k at a really leisurely pace
