Well here I am again. After a number of failed attempts to complete the course over a stop start 4 year period, I am now at Week 6. There have been a few weeks I have really struggled to progress onto the next stage but I am plodding on nicely and this time I am determined to get to the end and graduate. Wish me luck guys xx

Well done! I have just tried run 1 of week 7 and really struggled. Torn between giving up or trying to carry on - really finding it difficult and not getting easier. The app is saying I should be enjoying running by now but I feel the complete opposite. Good luck, hope you are feeling more positive than I am !!!!
I know what you mean, I still don't think....Ohh great it's a running day, however I think we should both keep going, think of the feeling at the end of that last week when you have completed the full course. I think some people are natural runners and some of us aren't so total credit to you have fought those feelings and got to this stage. We'll do it!! x
