Bit of advice fellow runners - I was in London with work yesterday and decided rather than use the tube I’d walk to and from the office (great chance to increase my steps etc!). As I was in ‘work shoes’ I wasn’t really kitted for around 5 miles and subsequently have a big blister on the bottom of my right foot🤬. Now, I should be doing W9R2 today - stupid question, but should you run with blisters?! Never had a blister throughout C25K! TIA

I’m no medical expert BUT when I had a similar issue in Barcelona day one of a long weekend I got compeed plasters and the next day my walk around the City - approx 8 miles covered I didn’t feel a thing - try it and stop if needs be it’s not the end of the world if you have to wait a few days for it to go xx good luck

I'd be tempted to get some blister plasters and try it, you should know fairly quickly into your run whether it's comfortable or not..
