Struggled a bit at the start of this run but slowed my pace a bit and that worked. I also braved the streets for the first time instead of the nice quiet track near my house! I’m feeling pretty good right now 😁

Great job. Now you’ve found the lower gear, use it... slow running will make you a better runner at the end of this plan. Well done getting out into the public eye... you may have inspired someone else. Enjoy run 3
