Keeping going... Slowly

After running with the hayfever kicking in badly I spoke to a nurse I know who also suffers and she gave good advice. I'm still running outside but have gone back to using the app and on the early weeks 3/4 on high pollen days, this way my chest & eyes don't do too bad. I'm actually enjoying the runs again now I can breathe😀 for my 3rd run of the week it's on the treadmill so no pollen, plug my phone in to catch up some missed TV and off I go for 30 mins straight running. This regime is definitely working for me until my hayfever subsides a bit and I'm enjoying it more now. I even bought new trainers yesterday after having my gait checked 😃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That’s great to read and thanks for posting, a lot here will suffer with hay fever at some point over the next few months... for me it’s usually late in the summer for a couple of weeks.

Great job getting out there and also completing 30 minute dreadmill runs!

Nice new shoes too... may you have many happy miles in them.
