First 10m run was fab especially as decided to run with dog straight after dropping daughter at school. 2nd run of 10mins🙈🙈Had to walk twice for a break (never done this before), although I did stop app and re start when ready to run! The longed for cooling rain never materialised.
Therefore I’m going to repeat wk6 R1 on Friday and repeat the whole week next week without the dog and hopefully I’ll be ok!🤞🏻

Week 6 intervals are not easy... you’ve done one and you were close on this one... very well done, the first run alone catches many out, and run 2 nearly had me beaten up at the start of the second interval. Personally, I’d only repeat the run you didn’t fully complete, and then get into those lovely just running runs.
