Thanks to the advice from the C25K community i keft the house wearing a headband and managed to keep my ear phones in 👍. The first 90 second run was on a slight incline and a bit of a struggle but the 3 minute runs went really well. I am feeling like I could carry on longer but I am determined to stick with the prescribed method to ensure I completed the whole 9 weeks. I have never stuck to any form of exercise but I am 100% comitted to seeing this through.

Yes the beanie hat worked as well but I'm at an age where I get very hot 🤣. I found a pack of 3 runners headbands that are deisigned to cover your ears on Amazon. They also held the electric shock hair in place 👍. There is hope for us max hair people. Woken up a little stiff this morning so I'm going to get moving. Good luck with your next run and keep the hair tame 😊
