So I had a sneaky peak at week 5 run 3 and i can honestly say I’m looking forward to running tomorrow after work 😊

You will love W5R3! It was a real turning point for me... the point at which I finally knew I would be able to complete the programme and become a runner.

You're ready for this - just take it slow and enjoy yourself. :)
