Well done for getting started and completing the most difficult of the runs!

I know what you mean about fitting it in - I honestly didn't know how I would fit the runs in either. I literally went through my diary and planned in exactly when I was going to do each run. Then I arranged my graduation party. This really motivated me to make sure I followed through with the plan.

What I did find, though, is that I had so much more energy that I was getting up earlier and still had the energy to run when I got home.

All the very best with it!

Well done on getting started, I’ve found that I’m not as tired after work and feeling motivated to keep it up x

I find it easier to decide which days I’m going to run and irrespective of what’s going on, how tired I am etc, I always go. I think you just need to see it as a commitment and part of your lifestyle going forward.

I’m a Nurse and yesterday was on my feet all day, I hadn’t slept well the night before and really didn’t want to run! Would have preferred to just watch TV with my feet up.

However I dragged myself out, ran 5k and am honestly glad I did.

Good luck and keep us all updated on your progress 😊
