I think the Easter weekend caught up with me! Too much indulgence 😠 oh well hopefully when the alarm goes early on Thursday, my next run will be a lot easier!

Could also be a hydration issue - make sure you keep a regular intake of water throughout the day - on run days & rest days. It really will make a huge difference. And if you struggle as the durations increase you can always slow down! Your brisk walk can be faster than your run, and if you want to embrace slow running there’s a great short film on youtube search - Japanese slow jogging movement. I love this slow style and run this way all the time.
You’re probably right re hydration, I’m not very good at keeping hydrated during the day. My problem is that I’m hardly ever thirsty, so I don’t really drink much unless I’m eating!
