So, after months of not running, I have started again today, and was so happy to realise I can still do it. I fell badly on my coccyx in September last year, and have not been exercising at all since (have had treatment by an excellent chiropractor, and although I am doing well again since several months, I was reluctant to start running again). Anyway, I did finish the programme in June last year for the first time ever, and have never felt so good about myself. Today I jumped into week 4, and managed to do it! I am so proud of myself (have been feeling kind of low on the looking-after-myself-side- of-things), and can't wait to run again in 2 days.
This community really helped me through the first time around, so I just wanted to share my relief of being back.

Great run. That’s a long break... don’t be down on yourself if the next run is really tough, todays run will have hit the endurance levels hard. If may come easily of course, it’s hard to tell... and either way you’ll soon be back running the 30s. Welcome back.
