I know exactly how you are feeling .. I only started this on Friday and had my second run today in this heat! I am really unfit too so I am taking this slowly

That was me on my first run I was wrecked, I had not done any exercise for I don't know how long. It does get easier depending upon your frame of mind. Think positive and listen to some music and it soon passes. Well done on your first run.

Slow down a little and it gets easier... thereās no such thing as running too slowly on this plan.

Welcome, and well done āļø Most people take the first one a bit too hard and fast: itās ok to slow down a little. In theory you should be able to hold a conversation while you run. Enjoy your journey x
W5 here, so been there not long ago. Try not to count the time, thatās your coach job, and whenever the coach says youāre doing great, smile; deep inside you know he/sheās right. Maybe too deep inside during W1 & W2. I donāt have the right to tell you to slow down as I merely killed myself for going so fast in my W1, but cross my heart and hope to die, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. Slow down a bit, give yourself a little time to enjoy the new heaven. Keep up & Good luck.
