Hi all

I ran marathons 30 yrs ago, with good times, but a desk job, children and retirement have taken their toll. Add in sleep apnoea and weight issues with type 2 diabetes and I'm pretty knackered.

But I can come back from this; just need time and a bit of motivation and application. So, more later.
