Run in the sun! ☀️

Anyone else out running this morning? It’s a scorcher here in Cornwall! W2R3 has been the hardest so far - it’s so much more knackering running in the heat!

Finished week 8 in the sunshine this morning, but was finished by 9am and it was certainly warm. Running into the sun didn't help either, but it was so gorgeous here in Bedfordshire. I made sure I drank regularly yesterday so I was hydrated and had a drink before I went out this morning. Definitely helped.

Well done! That’s amazing, hope I can get to week 8! Feeling positive so far ☺️ I’m drinking so much more water since I started and I feel so much better!

You definitely will get there! I was so unfit before I started and I can't believe I'm about to start the final week. We've definitely started at the right time of year - running in lovely weather makes it so much easier. Good luck
