Feeling really pleased with my first parkrun outing. As everyone on here said, a friendly bunch and a great next step. Very, very happy with 32.20, about a minute faster than I had been achieving on my own.

Well done! That is a great achievement. I feel so daunted at the thought of it still. I am only on run 3 week two!

Thank you. I felt just the same but trust the plan, keep posting on here, read all the tips, I repeated some runs around week 6 /7 and never felt I failed. You will do this and enjoy the achievement as you go run by run. Good luck.

Great time, they do say that running with a crowd gets you a quicker time.

Thanks, it was a fun atmosphere, and it won’t be my last parkrun!
