First 5k!!

So, here it is, the first time I've ever actually run 5k.....I'm not really any faster than when I graduated nearly 8 months ago, but speed doesn't matter to me today...I set out to run 5k, and I got pollen bombed......and it's hot and sunny.....I know, I know, I'm a real lightweight when it comes to heat and sunshine 🤣 and I still did it!! I'm wearing my sweaty tomato face with pride today!!

Well done to you Sonia for running your first 5K, well done, the pollen count is high as is the temperature, once they go down you maybe able to run a sub 40 minute 5K 🏃 😊.
