After starting this programme in January it’s taking some getting used to this sunshine and warmth! I am 53, heavier than I want to be and really have gone from couch to running 25 minutes and faster for the last 60 seconds. I look forward to my running days and am disappointed when it’s a non running day. I feel less anxious and stressed. I am grateful for the tips, encouragement and posts on this site 😀 Happy Easter 🐣
