Completed wk3 r3 this morning and now feel great getting this far but anxious at the same time for week 4. The thought of running 5 minutes has me worried that I won’t get through it and I don’t want to give up. Any advice?

All I can say is, you will get through it. I’ve just finished the second run of week 4 and the thought of running for 5mins terrified me. And I won’t lie, it is tough!! But just take it slowly, listen to your “mentor” and trust in the program. Good luck!
What could stop you from getting through it?
I was like this and I just kept saying to myself, well I managed the last one, so I must be able to do the next at least. Just take it one run at a time 👍🏻

I think it’s just the thought of not getting my breathing right or feeling like my body can’t cope. I’m carrying a few extra pounds so my joints ache a bit. I know it’s mind over matter
