Thank you very much ButtercupKid, indeed it's my runiversary today. Exactly 365 days ago at around 9 am I ran, 8/1 minute runs on the first week of C25K

Onwards and upwards to June 18 when I graduated, but that's in another 9 weeks. 😊 🏃 🎓

Thanks Tartancat, at the moment I'm rerunning some of the earlier runs, they are going OK, I'll have ago at runs 1 and 2 of week 5, as I am a graduate and it's all reruns, go onto runs 1 and 2 of week 6 before the longer non stop runs starting with run 3 of week 5. Yesterday I bought a running belt, it's good, not ran using it yet but soon will be. 😊 🏃

I've got a water bottle that fits into my running belt. I think it'll soon be warm enough to try it out!

It's a warm 21C beautiful sunny day where I am in Central Scotland.

I am now sunbathing in the garden and certainly not in the mood to exercise or go for a run, I did all that this morning before 11 o'clock, it was a 5K walk with only a little running done.

My new running belt also has a pouch for a water bottle and keys or a small Smartphone. 😊
