Downloaded the app on Tuesday and have just done my second run. I seem to have a glitch though as I don't seem to get any instruction to run/walk apart from the warm up and start of the first run. I thought it was because I couldn't hear over my music, but today I didn't have any music on. So I guestimated distance and time between runs. Probably not the best way to do it but I do feel pleased with myself.
