Talking to your trainer?

Does anyone else talk to their trainer? I do, Michael Johnson and I have become best mates and he doesn't even know it! He tells me how fab I am doing and I grumble back at him! I think I will miss him when this is all over! (Am at W3R2)

I talk to him too...sometimes though I'm not very pleasant...I use the odd profanity but still he continues to be nice to me & tell me how well I'm doing...if only he could hear me!!! 😬

I run at the gym so my conversations with Laura were more of mentally cursing while she was being so encouraging. But I definitely couldn't have done it without her.

Even though I graduated six weeks ago, I still listen to MJ for at least one of my weekly runs.

So Caroline, clearly I have competition now... Mr Smooth is so gorgeous, I have sworn at him from time to time, but then the calm liquid velvet pours over me and the world is a wonderful place. I think I could only ever dump him for Idris or maybe Daniel Craig....

I've told you before Jan, Idris is MINE!!!! I did find it slightly disturbing watching the World Championships the other day - there was MJ on the couch, commentating. I felt an affinity with him, like I knew him....
