Night shifts

After a 12 hour night shift, I returned home exhausted, showered, changed into my running gear, and went out. Even though I was knackered, even though my bed looked soooooooo inviting, I went out at 6am for run 2.

I'm proud of myself for staying up and doing it. I can do this.

Yes you can do this! Well done, amazing stuff. Although physically challenging, I find running to be a nice way to calm down and relax. Keep going, you’ve got this.😊
