Great job, and congratulations on your first 30 minute run.
It doesn’t matter how long it took, or how slowly you run... what matters is all the health and fitness benefits it brings. Enjoy run 2... and then that run to the podium... there’s over 70,000 people on this forum... that’s a whole stadium cheering you on. Happy running.
