I found this 3rd 25 min run the hardest yet. I actually slowed down to stop at about 18 mins in and managed to persuade myself not to stop. It really was an endurance test the whole way through and I didn’t enjoy it. I felt a bit sick and dizzy once I’d completed it.
Maybe a combination of things; it was after work, I like the 1st thing in the morning runs much better. I’d not a whole lot to eat today. I forgot to drink water beforehand.
Hoping run 3 is better than this!

Great job. It was tough... it nearly made you stop... then you got tougher and refused to quit... that’s a big win right there, be very proud of yourself.
Week 7 is great, but it is also a crank up in total weekly running... now you almost have that behind you and week 8 is a tiny step up.
Nausea generally means you have a lower gear that is more than ok to use. Finishing on empty though isn’t a bad thing, it tests and develops your mental strength.
Some runs are tougher than others... the next one is generally smoother. Keep that hydration up, the day before is even more important than the day you run, and you’re going to be just fine. Happy running.
