So, this morning I finally ran the entire loop of my street. Didn't know really how far it was....never managed the whole loop running before. So, it turns out it's 4.31km from gate to gate as it were, according to Samsung health on my phone. I'm still stretching slowly towards 5k....so that's okay, isn't it? Until I looked at my fitbit......that cheeky begger says I've run 3.93k ....well that's annoying 🤔🤔which one is more accurate, I'm thinking GPS on my phone.....but that may be wishful thinking😏🙄

Most probably the GPS. Either way though of course it’s okay... it’s all about being fitter and healthier and maintaining the changes we made. Pace will never matter to that... pace only ever matters if you’re going to an event with a cut off time.

So, I believe you ran 4.31... great job.
