Nearly there....one week to go & feeling like a proper runner! Thinking about best way to maintain progress after W9. Maybe stick with W9 workout for time being before thinking about Bridge to 10k?

Well done RMR, you’re almost there. 🥇
I guess it depends what you want and have time for. I have friends who have gone on to train and compete in marathons and other higher challenges. I’m a bit behind you but once graduated I’m going to be happy to continue the 3 thirty minute runs each week to maintain my fitness and have that little bit of ‘me’ time. Good luck 🍀 with your graduation week and continued success.

There are so many things you can do. Park runs are a good way of meeting other runners, find a run where you'll get some bling, join a running club or just run 30 mins three times a week. We'll done for getting to end of program.

Ï stuck with week 9 for a while only because I felt I couldn't run without Laura!
Now my aim is to run 3 times a week for at least 30 mins and I can run on my own!
I don't always make 5k but for me it is all about discipline and exercise. Well done on making it this far.
